Who Are We?

Above The Haze is an interdenominational, transnational Christian student group. Our goal is to develop a faith of intellectual excellence, spiritual depth, and active service by pursuing a life of worship, prayer, fellowship, discipleship, and mission. We welcome believers, seekers, and skeptics to join us on this journey.

We believe there are three essentials that are necessary for a balanced life with God: devotion, community, and responsibility.

Devotion represents loving our God with all our strength, minds, and spirit.

God calls us to love and serve him in community. This becomes a source of support and encouragement as Jesus ministers to us through each other.

Responsibility reflects Jesus' call to follow and obey him. Our devotion to God is not merely an intellectual pursuit. Jesus' blessings come as we follow him.

Affiliation

We are a chapter of Chi Alpha Campus Ministries which is overseen by the Assemblies of God. Our affiliation affords us the oversight and resources of a major denomination while allowing us to truly operate as an interdenominational student group locally. Chi Alpha Campus Ministries exists as a multi-national student organization that offers retreats, training, and mission opportunities throughout the world.
