Writing Out Your Prayers

There is no rule that says your prayer must all be spoken words or thoughts only. Writing out your prayers is a great way to focus your concentration if you find that your thoughts are always wondering during prayer. You could choose to do this on the fly if you can concentrate, or you might choose to keep a prayer notebook or journal. An abbreviated version is to keep a journal of prayer requests and questions that you are wrestling with in prayer. Then use the same journal to record answered prayer and questions.
