ACTS
This is an acronym for Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication and it descibes a prayer time broken up into four movements.
Adoration: This is time to praise God for his attributes
Confession: This is a time to confess our sins, both individual and corporate, and seek God’s forgiveness
Thanksgiving: This is time to give thanks for God’s forgiveness and for individual acts he has done for us
Supplication: This is a time to pray for our needs, the campuses needs, and the worlds needs. If you are praying in a group, you could take some time here to ask for prayer needs so the group can intercede for each other.
Decide how long you want to pray and divide it between the four movements. If you are leading a group make sure you announce each shift.
